1. Farm Products (Happy Eggs Nurtured)

• All sales are final after farm pickup

• No refunds or returns once products are collected

2. Live Chicks

• Handed over in healthy condition

• No guarantee after pickup

• No refunds after collection

3. Training Programs (JK Global Solutions)

• Cancellation 48 hours before → 50% refund

• Within 48 hours → No refund

• If we cancel → Full refund or reschedule

4. Digital Courses / Online Training

• No refunds once access is granted

5. Order Cancellation
Allowed only before pickup confirmation or service scheduling.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days under the respective entity (Happy Eggs Nurtured / JK Global Solutions).

7. Payment Note
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
